What Is the "Go-To Feature" Within TradeZella?
The Go-To feature allows traders to quickly jump to the next trading session on the chart without manually skipping through time.
You'll find the Go-To feature in two places on the backtesting chart:
In the top toolbar, labeled "Go to" button
At the bottom center of the chart, next to the forward candle button
Both buttons work exactly the same — use whichever is more convenient.
Why It’s Useful
If you’re someone who prefers analyzing specific sessions — like the Asian range, London open, or New York AM — this feature helps you get there with just one click.
No more re-entering time ranges every day.

How Do I Use the Go-To Feature?
Click the Go to button — either in the top toolbar or at the bottom center of the chart, next to the forward candle button.
Select a session from the dropdown. Available options depend on which sessions you've enabled from the settings.
The chart will jump forward to the start of the session you selected.
How Do I Customize Go-To Settings?
You can control which sessions appear in the dropdown, adjust their times, and create your own custom Go-To options — useful if you always jump to the same window, like a specific market open or your personal trading hours.
Click the Go to button, then select Customize Settings at the bottom of the dropdown.
A Custom settings pop-up will appear. Here you can:
Toggle sessions on or off to control which options appear in the Go-To dropdown
Adjust the time for each session using the time dropdowns
To add your own option, scroll to Custom go-to settings and click the "+ Add Go-to option" button. Enter a name and select the time you want the chart to jump to.
Click Save to apply your changes.
Example Use Cases
Jump directly to the London Open to test a specific morning breakout setup
Skip ahead to the New York AM session to analyze volatility after the bell
Quickly reach the Asian session to backtest range-bound strategies
Avoid manually adjusting the time slider every time you want to analyze the same window
