The Accounts tab is your master list of every prop firm account — past and present. Accounts are organized into three sub-tabs:
Evaluations — Active challenge accounts currently in progress
Funded — Live funded accounts
Breached — Accounts that violated a rule
You can switch between list view and grid view using the toggle in the top right of the Accounts tab.
How to Create a New Challenge
Click + Track prop firm account from anywhere in the Challenges dashboard to open the challenge creation flow.

Managing Your Accounts
From the Accounts tab, click the ( ⋮ ) icon to open the account menu.
From here you can:
View Details — Open the full account detail view
Move to funding — Pass the evaluation phase and move the account to the Funding stage
Mark as breached — Mark the account as failed and lock the current phase
Edit Challenge — Update your challenge details or rules
Delete Challenge — Permanently remove the challenge from PropFirm Sync
⚠️ Note: Deleting a challenge is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to View an Individual Account
Click any account in the Accounts tab to open the account detail view. This is where you monitor day-to-day progress for that specific account.
At the top of the account detail view, you'll see tabs for each phase of your challenge — Step 1, Step 2 (if enabled), and Funding. Switch between tabs to see the account details and progress for each specific stage.
The account detail view includes:
Account balance over time — A chart showing your balance history, viewable by Daily, Hourly, or Per Trade intervals
Path to funding — A live progress panel showing exactly where you stand against each rule:
Profit vs. target
Trading days completed vs. minimum required
Daily loss used
Drawdown used vs. maximum allowed
Best Day consistency %
Stats — A performance summary including win rate, average win, average loss, best day, and worst day
Trades — The full trade history for this account. Use + Upload trades to import your trade data
💡 From the account detail view, you can click Attach strategy to link a trading strategy to this account.
This allows PropFirm Sync to filter your passing and breach analytics by strategy — so you can see which approaches perform best during evaluations.
Moving an Account to Funding or Marking It as Breached
From the Funding tab inside the account detail view, you have two options:
Move to Funding — This automatically passes the evaluation phase and moves the account to the Funding stage. You'll still be able to review your evaluation results after the move.
Mark as failed — This marks the evaluation account as failed and locks the current phase. You'll be prompted to select a reason for the failure:
Broke max drawdown
Overtrading / Forcing trades
Time pressure
Lack of risk management
Other — Enter a custom reason
💡 The reason you select will be used in your analytics and breach insights to help you identify patterns and improve your passing rate over time.
What Happens When an Account Is Breached?
When an account is breached, it gets automatically moved to the Breached tab in the Accounts view. Breached accounts remain part of your historical analytics and continue to factor into your breach insights, so you can identify patterns over time.
⚠️ Note: Once an account is marked as breached, it cannot be moved back to Evaluations or moved to Funded. This action is permanent.
