TradeZella automatically generates a First Import Analysis when you upload your first file to a newly created account. This one-time report gives you an instant breakdown of your trading performance based on the imported data.

How It Works

1. Create a new account and upload your trading file

After the import completes, you'll see an insights screen summarizing your trading data. Some insights may still be loading — this is normal.

2. Subscribe to performance reports (optional)

At the end of the experience, you can opt in to receive weekly and monthly performance reports via email. Check the box and click Go to Dashboard to finish.

3. Access your report anytime

Your First Import Analysis is always available in Reports → Recaps & Insights. Click the First Import Analysis filter tab or find it in the All view and click View.

You'll also see a "New performance report" notification in the notification icon (bottom of the left sidebar) with a See Report button.

Generate a Report Manually

If your First Import report wasn't generated automatically, go to your Add Trade page. You'll see one of two things next to each account:

  • Generate Report button — click it and TradeZella will create the report for you.

  • Checkmark — the report has already been generated.

Tips

  • The First Import Analysis is only generated once per account — on the very first file upload. Uploading additional files to the same account won't trigger a new one.

  • If you want a new First Import report, create a new account and upload a file to it.
