How Do Monthly AI Credits Work?
Each plan includes a monthly allocation of AI Credits:
Essential — 500 AI Credits per month
Pro — 1,500 AI Credits per month
Ultra — 3,000 AI Credits per month
Your monthly credits reset on the 1st of each month. You can check your current usage anytime in the Usage Details section of your Subscription page.
How Do I Top Up My AI Credits?
Go to Settings, then open the Subscription tab — or go directly to app.tradezella.com/settings/subscription.
In the Usage Details section, click Top up.
In the Top up AI credits window, choose a credit bundle.
500 credits for $10
1,000 credits for $18.
Click Buy on your chosen bundle to continue to secure checkout on Stripe.
Complete your one-time payment. Your top-up credits are added to your account right away.

You may also see a Top-up prompt inside Zella AI chat or as a notification when you're close to your monthly limit.
