Already a TradeZella Customer? Here's What Changes (and What Doesn't)
Good news — your current pricing stays the same 🙌 If you subscribed before July 14, 2026, you'll keep your current price until further notice — as long as you stay on your current plan.
Will my subscription renew at my current price?
Yes ✅ Your subscription will continue to renew at your current price — both monthly and annual plans. You don't need to do anything.
If I switch from monthly to annual billing, do I keep my old price?
No — switching your billing cycle counts as a change to your subscription, so you'd move to the new annual pricing. Your current price only stays locked while your subscription stays exactly as it is.
If I upgrade to a different plan, what price do I pay?
You'll pay the new pricing for that plan. For example, upgrading from Essential to Pro means the new Pro price ($59/month), and upgrading to Ultra is only available at the new Ultra pricing.
If I downgrade my plan, do I keep my old pricing?
No — downgrading also counts as a change, so you'd move to the new pricing for the plan you downgrade to. Keep in mind you won't be able to switch back to your old price afterward.
If I cancel and resubscribe later, do I get my old price back?
No — if you cancel your subscription (or it's canceled due to failed payments) and resubscribe later, you'll be subscribed at the new pricing.
Do I miss out on new features by staying on my old price?
Not at all ✅ You'll always get the latest features and limits included in your plan — staying on your old price comes with no disadvantages.
