To cancel your subscription, please follow the instructions below:
Accessing Subscription Settings
Click on your profile icon located in the upper-right corner of the screen
Select “Settings” from the drop-down menu
Navigate to the “Subscription” tab
Direct Link to Subscription Settings page.
Canceling the Subscription
Click the “Cancel Plan” button
Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process
Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle and will not renew automatically.
