Understanding the Week Tab

Discover how the Week tab summarizes your trading activity, including daily tiles, weekly statistics, the Zella Scale, and all trades made during the week.

Written by Kathleen

The Week tab consolidates your trading activity by week, displaying how each day contributed to the weekly total: a convenient way to identify your best and worst days without examining them individually.

Weekly Overview

Each week is listed with its date range and total Net P&L, along with:

  • Daily tiles — One tile per day, Sunday through Saturday, showing that day's Net P&L, trade count, and a trend arrow. Days you didn't trade are shown blank. You can also click a tile to open a popup with that day's charts, stats, and trades.

  • Weekly P&L chart — A bar chart of the week's daily P&L, Sunday through Saturday.

  • Weekly stats — Total Trades, Gross P&L, Winners/Losers, Commissions, Win Rate, Volume, and Profit Factor for the week.

  • Zella Scale — A slider showing where the week's Net P&L falls between your Max Loss and Max Profit for the week.

All of this is visible without needing to expand the week.

Weekly Stats

  • Total Trades — Number of trades taken during the week

  • Gross P&L — Total realized profit or loss for the week, excluding commissions

  • Winners / Losers — Number of winning and losing trades

  • Commissions — The fee paid to the broker to execute trades

  • Win Rate — The number of winning trades in a certain period, expressed as a percentage

  • Volume — Total quantity traded

  • Profit Factor — Gross profit divided by gross loss (including commissions) for the week

Zella Scale

The Zella Scale shows where this week's Net P&L falls between your Max Loss and Max Profit for the week

For more on how the Zella Scale works, see Zella Scale: Maximize Your Trade Insights.

Expanding a Trading Week

Click the dropdown ("Expand") icon next to any week to reveal a trade-level table for that week.

The trade table includes a Day column (since a week spans multiple days), plus Open time, Ticker, Side, Instrument, Net P&L, Net ROI, Realized R-Multiple, Strategy, Tags, and Replay.

Reviewing your trading week helps you spot patterns across days, compare your best and worst performance, and adjust your approach before the next week begins.
